Since the introduction of spiral reinforced hoses in the early 60s, the key characteristic was that the helical reinforcement with one spiral. Despite the advancements in technology, processes and materials, this structure has remained the same ever since.
Today, Schauenburg Hose Technology Group, after years of research and development comes with the first breakthrough innovation in the industry since the early 60’s and introduces the DOUBLEFLExX® series.
The DOUBLEFLExX® hoses feature a patented double spiral reinforcement that provides to the hose:
- Increased vacuum resistance
- Excellent flexibility
- Reduced bending radius & Superior resistance to kinking
- Easier slide and wear protection during use
The DOUBLEFLExX® hoses are produced by GAP Plastomere, France.
